Out of all the Blu-Ray discs in this list, there are only a few I’d actually consider buying; 10,000BC is certainly not one of them. Whilst the imagery was stunning at times, I found the English dialog strange and some of the characters laughable. I remember leaving the theater feeling that I had wasted my money, but at least I was with a couple of old friends and the theater was empty. It was like we were doing Mystery Science Theater 3000, and some of our observations were hilarious.
One movie I missed this season was Persepolis, and I will catch up on it soon. Any of these movies tickle your fancy?
