Worldwide PS3 Releases For The Week Of June 22nd
It looks to be another exciting week for PS3 gaming worldwide, as several new titles debut to the delight of gamers. As a big fan of the Battlefield series (more than 150 hours in BF2’s PC version and dozens in BF2142), it will be interesting to see if this continuation of the Battlefield series can succeed on a console. Early reviews have been a little scathing; several have mentioned sparse multiplayer options and shotguns having the accuracy of a sniper rifle (amongst other things), but it should still be a strong seller. The game is one of the few available that has a 90% overall destructible environment. One must question if it can reproduce the numbers that Call of Duty 4 has achieved, however.
