Some VRC-NW10 Cradles Found Faulty, Sony Issues Recall

Sony Japan has noted that the recording function of about 4000 VRC-NW10 Video Walkman Cradle models are not working correctly. The VRC-NW10 allows direct real time recording from TV, Video, Camera or other video sources straight to your Video Walkman. Apparently the off timer is malfunctioning, which creates a major annoyance for the user as they have to stop the recording manually. If you own this device, make sure your production number isn’t – “1000001 to 1004130,” as they are the series subject to recall.
