The Birth Of A Bravia

A BRAVIA television that you own or see at the local electronics store begins life as a simple piece of glass at the LCD factory in Korea, where production runs for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once the glass cut to a size that fits your living room, it travels to Europe, where Sony engineers create all the inner workings that make Bravia special. The Bravia Engine is how Sony ensures that the clarity, contrast and color is like no other. There are over 2,000 components in a Bravia, and each is assembled in a Sony controlled environment. Obviously, nothing can replace the human hand eye or ear, hence why experts are involved in every stage of the build. Sony’s quality testing is rigorous, and each Bravia goes over a hundred checks from measuring sound and electrical discharge to simulating transportation of the tv. Sony even tests Bravia TV’s at extreme temps to ensure the best possible picture quality regardless of where you are viewing from.
