Perez Hilton Ban On Blogging About Sony Music Stars Lifted

Accomplished celebrity blogger Perez Hilton had been unable to write about Sony Music/Zoomba artists for an unknown period of time. However, Hilton has recently noted that the ban is no longer effective after discussions with Sony. Which means Perez Hilton’s readers will now be able to hear about Britney Spears, Beyonce (aka Sasha Fierce), Pink, Leona Lewis, Adele, The Gossip, etc. It wasn’t immediately clear to Sony Insider how long Perez has been unable to speak about Sony/Zoomba artists, and its good to see those companies lighten up and allow bloggers to blog. Perez wrote about the incident, and in typical fashion used it as an opportunity to blast Britney Spears:

“They’ve caved in!!!!

We have reached an agreement with Sony BMG/Zomba that we are very very happy with, and we can write whatever we want, good or bad, without any restriction, about all their artists. That’s the only way we know how!

And, keeping true to that spirit….
