Well, after taking a while to render, we have the majority of Sony’s 2009 CES Press Confernence that happened on January 7th, 2009 in HD. We’re also able to embed the video in HD so you won’t have to go to another site to enjoy it. Most of the big Sony product announcements for 2009 are covered in the video, so feel free to watch this if you want to see what we saw. It’s a fairly entertaining video, but rather long at thirty minutes. My camera skills aren’t the best, but I’m sure that you’ll enjoy it nonetheless.
Rick Clancy, Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, starts things off by giving a rather unenergetic (not a bad thing, just felt like there could have been more charisma there) intro at the neighboring Jeopardy! set (they are filming 10 episodes here during CES), followed by Stan Glasgow, President of Sony Electronics USA, covering all the bases. Overall, Rick’s performance was very strong, and his Jeopardy! intro was probably the most entertaining out of all the CES press conferences. All the big players in Sony were there, along with all the big bloggers and news outlets – and now you’re there too. Enjoy.
