Sony’s ICD-B61 Voice Recorder A Good Fit For Budget Users

Sony Japan has announced a new flash based voice recorder that will debut on September 10th. The ICD-B61 contains 512mb of built in memory, and can record for 61 hours in HQ, 122 hours in SP, and 301 hours in LP. This recorder runs on two AAA batteries, and audio on this device outputs at 250mW. While these devices may not seem overly appealing to the average consumer, members of the press and other users of such devices will be delighted to see good overall features at a relatively low price point (rumored to be around $65USD).
